K.G. Sacha

Greetings & welcome to my blog. I am dedicated to the study and exploration of Yoga at its deepest source. I have the honour of being a student of A.G. Mohan. I also hold a Master’s degree in History and Philosophy of Religion from Concordia University (Montreal), concentrating on the modern Yoga movement. My thesis was a case study conducted in Montreal entitled “Indian Religion & Western Yoga Practice“. The combination of my personal and academic studies gives me a unique perspective on Yoga in the modern world. I have studied and teach all aspects of Yoga, as well as Indian socio-cultural history, topics on which I have been invited to lecture at universities and Yoga teacher trainings.

I desire to learn, without hesitation or limitation, as much as I possibly can and to share that knowledge. This blog will serve that purpose as well as act as an amusing and insightful view of the world through my unique lens and chronicle a little of my adventures & experiments down the Yoga path. I hope that it might also serve as an aid for others to discover the depth of Yoga beyond the physical practice. My hope is that you, dear reader, may apply some of the lessons that I have learned and allow Yoga to improve your life as it has mine. Good Luck & Godspeed.
